Please help me.

I need a character referece letter stat.  It's for Sentencing in the State of California to try and get alternative sentencing.  45 y.o drug offender.  REcieving one year, has five months to go.  Sentencing in a month.  Waiting on for judge to see probation report.    Carpenter for over 20 years.  Honest respectable, generous.  Getting ready to have his first baby girl in December.  Won't get out till November.  We need to get these letters to the judge in hopes that we can recieve work project or ankle monitor.

Letter would be from the Manager of ABC Bartending College, he did repairs and upgrades with the business, and did a fine job.  Will do business again with Mr.Allen in the near future.  She's known him for about three years now.CAn anyone help me.
