I am applying for career development loan. One of the requirements is to provide last three month’s wage slip but I started to work from 22 aug 2006. I need to explain the situation to the bank. And I am not sure if I need to wirte about my self and course I am going to apply and how to finish this letter. Can someone read the following letter and point out mistakes as English is my 2nd language. Thank you

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to apply for Career Development loan for ----------- and I am going to start ------- on ----------.

One of the conditions to apply for the loan is providing Original wage slips for last three months. Unfortunately I had not been working from March 2006 till 22 Aug 2006 and not able to provide you wage slip for last three months. I have started new job from 22 August 2006 and am in the receipt of  last two week’ s wage slip. I have attached copy of A45 and original wage slips for last two weeks.

Your faithfully
