Hi  scholar

     I would like to you to introduce and comment my abtract. I am writing my researh report.Now  I try to write abtract that I translate from Thai langquage. Before I tell you about my detail of my abstract I wiil tell you I begin to make these study for 2 years so I expect I must do it  perfect.  The name of These study  is Compare between caring needs from a relation and practical carimg as percieved by psychiatric patients. and the detail of abstract are follwing.

         The purpose of this study was compared mean different caring needs and practical caring from a relation as percieved by psychiatric patients. The type of this study is descriptive and the sample was 356 psychiatric patiemts. The instrument in order to collecting data are demographic of psychiatric patient. demographic of a relation, caring needs and practical caring as percieved by psychiatric patients that was sdapted from Caring Behavior Inventory (CBI).  The frequency, mean, standard derivation and pare t test were use in datanalysis.

        The study found both including and  subscale were not different. However, 14 items that differnt between mean caring needs and practical caring from a relation as percieved by psychiatric patients, at the .05 level. The items of needs were following:

         1) supporting facility to patient 2) giving medicine on time and 3) paying special attention during first times as hospitalized. This needs are less than practical caring from a relation. Further more,  caring needs that are more than practical caring from a relation are following:

          1) being honest with patient and telling the truth 2) including in planning care 3) making patient physically or emotionally comfortable 4) being encouragement 5) meeting patient's stated and unstated needs 6) making concern and compass to patient in order to reduced patient's distress 7) apreciating patient as human being : giving the right 8) giving pstiemt to express felling about disease and treatment  9) talking with patient 10) giving time or opportunity to adaptation and 11) being sure patient can do everything  by self.

           Whereas, 25 items of needs of psychiatric patiemt were not differnt from practical caring from a relation as percieved by psychiatric patients, at the .05 level. These were about emotional support, relationship, infoemation support and communication.

           The suggestion from result of this study was to supporting or promotion or making information or knowleage to a relation or family about to response need of caring at home.   Especialy, to response spritual needs in order to response appropreately and to help patients living in community and social folling individual potentiality remainder.      

            finally, I would like to ask the question.

           1.   The name of this study i about word "practical" . Is it true or fale if  I want to tell  in mmening "the caring that relation  l do real "  should I  write the word " revieved " repace  "practical"

            2. Is the format corect

            3   how about the grammar.
