For self-study, you have to find a good book for a guide. Let's talk Business and Communicating Business English are good books to start with.
There are a lot of good business English books available in the bookstore.

I agree with Ben. First, you have to improve your vocabulary and grammar. Then, find someone to practice the skill that you've learned. Practice may not result to perfection...I guess the best way to say it is that,practice makes permanent.

Hi! I read about your problem and I advice to read a lot of english books,and try to understand the meaning of every word seems unfamiliar to you.You can get a dictionary to help you understand more.Try to communicate in english as much as u can.It well help you to improve your language skills.
