·         Some problems at work

You recently took a part time job working for a local company. After a few weeks you realized there were some problems with the job.

Write a letter to the manager of the company. In your letter

o   explain why you took the job

o   describe the problems that you experienced

o    suggest what could be done about them.

Dear System Specialist Manager,

It has been pleasure for me to work with your company as freelance computer programmer. I have been working with your company almost eight months. I am fully understand the big picture of the existing system and the new requirement of the new project. Nevertheless, I have some thought about a few things that I need to share with you. Firstly is lack of leadership in the team. The team is very good in the technical skill, everyone has own thought about the software architecture. We had spent much time for the discussion about that matter, but we have not been managed the final design because there are a lot of pros and cons for each idea. We must decide which method are going to use. Secondly, the job description still undefined clearly, which causing team member is lack of focus. Eventually, each of task could not be done completely.

I have done the list of our progress and summary of our discussion about the software architecture. These summary would be submitted on tomorrow morning before lunch. I am expecting that you could took a decision and  necessary action in order to utilize our team. Your feedback  and support would be greatly appreciated.
