Hi,
I suppose so. easy for him to say, he's not lifting it.

You might want to consider the different and very common phrase, 'No pain, no gain'.
This means that only things that cause us difficulty increase our mental (or physical) strength.

Is it the same as the one I know - No pain, no game?

hi,
I've never heard 'No pain, no game'. It just sounds to me like a mishearing of 'No pain, no gain'.
