Please make corrections/edits to the following paragraphs:

Thanks a lot for the information. No wonder if I tell someone in my country about this case, they would laugh at me. No wonder they are fools.

John, I don't think USA has weird legal system. Possibly, it's the best system in the world. That is what makes USA a USA.

It’s a difficult question for any man to answer… Whether to follow his dreams no matter what… Or to give in slowly and let life lead you where it will.

Thanks a lot for the information. No doubt if I told someone in my country about this case, they would laugh at me. They are fools.

Hi Nona,

Why couldn't tell be used instead of told in the above sentence?

consistent tenses.

Alternative version

No doubt if I tell someone in my country about this case, they will laugh at me.

I got your point. But I was told when we use would that may mean that we aren't certain if the stated action/fact is true. Like I'm not very much sure if the people will laught at me, when I tell them about that case. Don't you think in such a situation I can use would with tell?

The phrase 'no doubt' shows that you are sure of their response.

So if I don't use phrase 'no doubt', then I could use would with tell?
