This sounds very odd. I have no idea what it means. Are you sure these are the correct words? What's the context?

Are you sure it was cold? It would make more sense if it were a word like 'coke' (as in the drink) or something.

The situation is as follows:

A man and a woman are dancing. The lady hears a strange wheeze from the man's throath and then asks: "Have you got a cold?". He answers "Not my drug."

I interpreted it as "Are you sick?", "I'm not crazy about it." Thinking [8-)]
