Please advise if the following sentences have the same meaning, or they have different implications:

Not only the students but also the teachers are not satisfied with the answer.
The students and the teachers as well are not satisfied with the answer.
The students and the teachers are not satisfied with the answer.
Both the students and the teachers are not satisfied with the answer.

The meanings are the same: everyone is dissatisfied.  #1 places strong emphasis on the teachers' dissatisfaction; #2 places weak emphasis on the teachers' dissatisfaction; #3 distributes the dissatisfaction equally; #4 slightly emphasizes #3.
