Some hotels offer free Internet connection.

Hi,

Is connection in the above interchangeable with access and service? Thanks.

The original should have an article. They offer a free Internet connection.

You can replace it with access (without the article) easily. Service is a bit more doubtful - it sounds a bit like they are an Internet service provider, instead of allowing guests to use their Internet subscription.

'Access', yes; 'service' is too vague.
