i saw this phrase in "American Idol" when randy said"baby,it's on!" what does the"on" exactly mean here?(you'd better replace it with a more formal word),anda movie"bring it on",do they have the same meaning?

i am so over you,or over sth, what does it mean?

.
baby,it's on! -- Your talent is showing itself; Your performance is electric
bring it on -- Begin; let it begin

The on's are different: the first means 'operational' and the second means 'forward'.

i am so over you,or over sth -- I am certainly no longer emotionally involved with you/sth.

'The question is,' said Humpty Dumpty, 'which is to be master-- that's all.'

"Bring it on" in terms of the movie title, has a meaning closer to accepting a challenge.
