Sir,
1.She did well on exam.
2.She did wel in exam.
Which one is correct?
Would you please explain about the difference between "in exam" and "on exam".

Both need an article, Hanuman:
1. 'She did well on the exam.' -- this is the expected form.
2 .'She did well in the exam.' -- this is clear also, but suggests that the speaker imay be thinking of parts of the exam, hence 'in' the exam. No major difference, to me. (On second thought, this may be BrE.)
