What is the correct way to refer to islands?

Reproductive biology was studied (on/in) the Pajarera and Cocina Islands.

The largest number of eggs registered (on/in) Pajera Island Was in April 2007.

(On/in) Pajarera and Cocina Islands there was no significant difference in clutch size.
