How about the expression "On my lead"?
Do native speakers use that?
Does it mean, "Follow me"?

Hi,
I'd say that in everyday English, you won't hear this.
You will hear things like 'Please follow my lead'. This usually means 'Do what I do'.
'Follow me' can mean 'Do what I do', but more often means 'Go where I go'.
Best wishes,
Clive
