I don't think so. You might say, "I think those jeans
look / are right for you.
Before putting them on, i.e., when selecting them from a rack or catalog, you could say, "I think these jeans
look / would be good / right for you.
I don't think there's anything wrong with saying they look good for you while you're wearing them. I just think it's much less common than "good on you," in my experience.
