If you mean 'comatose soliloquy', you could say:
somnosoliloquy
The adjective might be somnosoliloquous: 'her somnosoliloquous utterances kept me awake all night'.
But you won't find them in any dictionary (I hope).
Or if it's a crossword clue, with a pun, it might be 'reverie'.

I stick to somnosoliloquy, it sounds literal, less technical, and more digestible. Am I wrong El maestro? and do I have the permission to use it? if so, would you mind to take a look at the following application, and let me know your opinion about it:
'I was still in a haze, and reiterated his words in a sort of somnisoliloquy; that was rubbing him up the wrong way.'
