What's a "comatos"?

If you mean 'comatose soliloquy', you could say:

somnosoliloquy

The adjective might be somnosoliloquous: 'her somnosoliloquous utterances kept me awake all night'.

But you won't find them in any dictionary (I hope).

Or if it's a crossword clue, with a pun, it might be 'reverie'.

Isn't this a 'deathbed speech'?.... no, that's two words.

'The question is,' said Humpty Dumpty, 'which is to be master-- that's all.'

No, it's not "chewing the fat."

I stick to somnosoliloquy, it sounds literal, less technical, and more digestible. Am I wrong El maestro? and do I have the permission to use it? if so, would you mind to take a look at the following application, and let me know your opinion about it:
'I was still in a haze, and reiterated his words in a sort of somnisoliloquy; that was rubbing him up the wrong way.'

regards
