Depends on context.

1) One's. One is. No one's buying her goods anymore.

2) One's. One in the possessive form. Being honest and polite is good for one's own mental health.

The second usage is probably the more common of the two. Just do a google search for "one's" and you will see that the second form is very popular compared to the first form.
