My take:

1. The area is noted for its mountain and (natural spring) water. (OPTIONAL BUT BETTER)
2. I don't know whether my dream can come true.
3. The book is worth reading.
4. It is said that he was sure about his prospects.
5. Spring comes, and the fields are full of vital force again.

I think the take in "my take" means 'attempt, an informal usage. Right?
