could anyone tell me which of the underline word or phrase is incorrect in the following sentence:

english has become a world language because of it's establishment as a mother tongue out of england

 the answer says it is "out of" but i have no idea. coud you explain it for me and correct it. Thanks in advance

 I would have said "outside England", meaning in other parts of the world.

 

 Note the incorrect ['] that has been highlighted.
