'outside of the shop' & 'outside the shop' thank you

What are the differences between these sentences? Smile [:)] Thanks.

1.    Keith is standing outside of the shop.
2.    Keith is standing outside the shop.
3.    Keith is standing out of the shop.

The second sentence, 'Keith is standing outside the shop', is the standard way of saying it.
