There are some things that need tidying as far as the of use of English is concerned, but, more importantly, the overall meaning of what you've written isn't coherent to me.

I don't understand what this drowning story has to do with the "meaning of push-up" or its “etymologic source”. I'm wondering if something has been lost in translation: an association that works with the Chinese word for "push-up" but not the English?
