Hello Mohsen.

Unfortunately, I see no good way of converting your sentences to passive mood.

I have to send a present to my father -- (?) A present to my father has to be sent (by me).   My father has to have a present sent him (by me).  Both very odd and awkward; they would never appear in real English.

I don't like people who tell me what to do -- I don't like being told what to do (by people).  Not bad, but we have lost the point.

I suggest "A present has to be sent to my father by me."

Still awkward. MM's right, there's no good way.

Although the sentence is awkward, I believe it is grammatically correct.
