These sentences are most likely to be in the past tense.  I will correct them that way. Second, why do you want the passive voice? Generally, it is best to avoid the passive voice.

1. I asked John to open the door.

* which one is correct=" I ask the door opened by John" or " I ask the door to be opened by John"? Neither is correct.  We would never use this construction.  You are not asking the door. It will not understand.

The passive voice is when the subject does not perform the action.  So an example would be:  John was asked to open the door by me.

John is the subject but it is me that performs the action.  This is awkward and I don't recommend this construction.  There are times to use the passive voice but they are rare.

'I asked John to open the door' is the best choice.

2. I tell told John to open the door

3. I ordered John to open the door
