Hello everyone! Could you have a look at the following sentence? Is it correct or not?
-A student said that his pronunciation had improved/come on after he began listening to radio programmes in English.

I'm in two minds about this sentence. I'm not certain that I can put the past tenses like this.. Will you help me with this please?

Thanks a lot for your help!

Hi,

This is fine.

'Improved' is the more common term.
