Past tense and Present perfect tense/live?

A I have friends who lived in the next house for five years.

B. I have friends who have lived in the next house for five years.

Hello Grammar Teacher/Teachers,

1. Is Sentence A called a Past tense because my friends are no longer living in the next house ?

2. Is Sentence B called a Present perfect tense because my friends are still living in the next house ?
