Please find check no. 54201 for $ 300 being the full payment against your Invoice no. 150 and 151 for room charges of one night stay of Miss Meni dated and two night stay of Mr. Vaarey at your hotel.

Your letter is fine, Rais.  Here are a couple of minor adjustments:

Please find enclosed check no. 54201 for $ 300, being the full payment against your Invoice nos. 150 and 151 for room charges for the one-night stay of Miss Meni dated [date] and two-night stay of Mr. Vaarey dated [dates] at your hotel.

Thank you for your service. Could you please acknowledge the receipt of this payment?

Thank you,
