It might be "claim", I suppose -- though I have no idea why he would be saying that. As was the case with some of your other clips, a bit more context would be helpful.

My comments:

#1: It's not "If you didn't want...", but I hear "He didn't want be second..."
The odd thing is that I couldn't detect any "to" after "want".

#2: "Cause he's prolly one of most complex people I ever met"
Where "prolly" means "probably". I am not sure if it is just a common alternate pronunciation, if it's dialectal, or if it's a different contracted word which has the same meaning anyway. I just know that I've heard it and seen it (written) before.
I don't know why the article "the" is missing in front of "most complex people" though.

It's probably exaggerated only on my computer, but all the clips here that I play on the embedded players have a very low volume compared to the ones I downloaded. These last two have a particularly low volume, so I can hardly understand anything. Only some words...
