Listening to the tape a second time, I heard "he would" too.

“I think the speaker does actually say "he would", though both words are said very quickly -- which is why I initially suggested "he'd". But in the louder recording, I think there's enough there that you can't really say it's "he'd". Something in between "he'd' and "he would", perhaps? lol

Amy,

I just noticed that you solved the first clip before I did (and with asolute precision at that !). Your post escaped my ever watchful eye, when I made my go at clip#1, for the most part because the clip somehow FOLLOWED your post. Apparently it ended up being posted twice in the same thread.

What a mix-up !

Hi Alex

Yes, the clip has actually been posted twice in this thread, so my last post was based on the second (louder) clip. The first version was hard to hear (very low volume).

I'll just try to guess what is said in the second clip:

And was bad with people, was probably dyslexic, a little autistic, maybe had Asperger syndrome, or whatever one of those things is...

Hi Coloraday,

For the first one I guess he's referring to a disease named Saint Vitus Dance

So, the words in the clip seem to be these:

... and Saint Vitus Dance and blotches

It sounds like you cut off the final word. Maybe he also says "etcetera" at the end (after the word "blotches").

Hi Coloraday

The first one is a little difficult for me to make out in places, but I think this is what he says:

(1) He's hanging out with liars, he's taking nude pictures of drag queens, you know, he's being shot by (Valerie???)

The second one is easier:

(2) from an immigrant family
