The other reason is there might less thing to upset you than evening (as we know there more bad news than good news in this life) so we should enjoy our morning time more than evening time. In the other hand, evening time is worthier than morning time because most of people are working and ofcourse you want the office time go faster so that you can enjoy your family environment. i.e an hour in the evening is worth two in the morning.
