Hi, kirankumar_kd, and welcome to English Forums.

First, do you understand the difference between active and passive?

In active, the person or thing is the one doing something.
In passive, the person or thing has something done (by someone else) to him/her/it.

The songbird ate the worm. Here the songbird is the doer - it is eaing the worm.
The songbird was eaten by the hawk. Here the songbird had something done TO it.

Moving closer to your qustion:
I helped you - I did something that was helpful for you.
I was helped by you - You did something that was helpful for me.

Having helped the man injured in a car accident, Joe pleased to get a reward. JOE is the one who helped someone else.

Having been helped to walk for months, Peter was happy when his cast came offf and he could move around by himself. Here, Peter has been helped BY SOMEONE ELSE.

Having helped Susan, Michael continued on his way.   (Michael helped Susan, that is, Susan was helped by Michael, and then Michael left.)
Having been helped by Michael, Susan continued on her way.  (Michael helped Susan, that is, Susan was helped by Michael, and then Susan left.)
