I have to write a persuasive essay on performance enhancing drugs in sports for my college english class. It has to be at least 1500 words. My problem is how to narrow down the topic. I am going to do a 5 paragraph essay: an intro, 3 body para., conclusion. What should my 3 main points be? I thought about narrowing it down to the 3 main drugs used in sports today or to 3 major disadv. of the drugs. Which should I use. Does anyone of any ideas or any extra info on the topic? Please Help!

We can offer advice about organization and grammar, but the content is really up to you.

However, having said that, the most obvious choice might be why people take these drugs. Or you could focus on why such things should be illegal in the first place.
