Hi,
(i) They were doing works with the computers in the cybercafe. No. They were working on/at the computers in the cybercafe.

(b) They were playing computers games. No

They were playing computer games. Yes

(c) They are playing in the cybercafe. (Does it mean they were playing the computer games?) It strongly suggests that.

(d) They are playing the games in the cybercafe. (Does it mean they were playing the computer games?) Yes. Those are the only games they normally have there.

Best wishes, Clive
