(b) The like to play the computer games in the cafe.

(c) They play / play a computer game.

(d) They play computer in the cybercafe.

(b) The like to play the computer games in the cafe.  OK.

(c) They play / play a computer game.   Why play / play?  OK.

(d) They play computer in the cybercafe.  No.

(f) They are using the computer in the cybercafe.   OK.
