Could anyone give me a hand to check the letter? Thank you from the bottom of my heart.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a Chinese student who wishes to study a master degree in your university next semester. I would like to inquiry some information as to studying in the university.

First of all, I am concerned about the accommodation situation there. I heard about students could either chose live in the campus or off the campus. Could you please inform me the difference between the two options, particularly in terms of rent, as well as the application requirements?

Second, the tuition fees is quite a big amount of money to me. I want to know whether the university offers scholarship to international students and what maximum amount it is.

Finally, I am wondering whether I am eligible to go on pursuing a PHD degree after obtaining the master certificate in your university.

These are all the things I want to clarify now. Could you please be kind enough t provide me with the relevant information? Your prompt response will be highly appreciated.

Yours faithfully,

Joe

Hi Anon,

Good letter. I have changed some mistakes and edited your letter a bit. Don't forget to tell them what you're actually planning to study. Good luck! Smile [:)]

Best wishes,
