I - Data Collection per Station using barcode scanner as iput device

Store Station

Store personnel may save the data as Draft

Data that saved as Draft can be viewed and it is in editable mode meaning open for modification, it is also open for deletion and also can be submitted without any modification

Store personnel may submit directly the data by just pressing "Submit" button and it can be processed to the next station

Counting Station

On load of page focus will be at the first data field

Input quantity is the output of the previous station based on Order number entered and it is in readonly mode

If there's descrepancy on quantity out meaning quantity out is not equal to input quantity then it is automatically subject for "MRB" and cannot be processed to the next station

Inspection Station (Static Attitude Adjustment,Mid Station,Arm Station and Final Station)

Set focus on first data field everly load of the page

If quantity out is not equal input quantity meaning there's reject found

If there's reject found the system automatically request for the defects breakdown

The system will require to input defect code,location and quantity

If there is existing defect and location, the system will replace the previous defect with the new one.

Message box will prompt if total number of defects is equal to the reject quantity found asking if the user wants to submit data

User may edit the defects beakdown if he/she refuse to submit data

Calculation Station

The system will ask the user if the material will re-inspect or not. If not it will be divided into batches

There is batches inpection. Procedure for inspection is the same with the inspection station.

If it is re-inspection it will re-inspect based on the station that the user provided

Checking Station(Gram Load Check and Static Attitude Check)

Procedure is almost the same with inspection station except for the following

The system will require the user to input sample size quantity and must decide if the material is failed or passed.

Quality Assurance and Source Inspection Station

Procedure is almost the same with inspection station except for the following

The system will require the user to decide if the material is failed or passed.

If it is failed it cannot be processed for the next station.

Packing Station

User must supply the information needed in order to process data

Reports (LAR DPPM Report)

Report generation is based on the Station and date range entered by users

Reports can be viewed in a tabular form and can be exported to excel format

Reports can only be viewed by supervisor and administrator

Yield Report

Monthly report per Station

Reports can be viewed in a tabular form and can be exported to excel format

Yield report per SO ang graphical representation (bar graph)

Reports can only be viewed by supervisor and administrator

III Disposition

Supervisor are able to hold and release all lots that are in MRB list

IV Administration

Adminstrator are able to activate and de-activate account
