The Exhibition includes the following sections:

Public Services:

Information through  AAA Satellite Network & National Channel of GGG such as playing advertisement reportage one month before opening the Exhibition

-Playing Television announce about informing the subject, time and venue of the exhibition

-Insert advertisement in the valid newspapers, in LLL CITY

-Make advertisement billboard, Printing and distributing posters and tickets in the LLL city.

-Inviting high ranking officials of the *** for participation in the opening of the exhibition

-Executing difference programs such as distributing lottery papers between the customers of the Exhibition and giving gifts to the observers and customers in the latest day of the exhibition.

Special services for participants:

-Insert the form 1 information into the exhibition special booklet in 3 language

-Insurance services for two people against each 12 square meter booth, during the exhibition time.

- Visa getting services, Getting Airplane ticket and hotel reservation

- depended on participant interested in: sending cargo from NNN city to LLL City, then release and delivery in the exhibition venue via the exhibition organizer, but all of the charges and expenses is for participants.  

-Last time for delivery cargo to the organizers is 10th of April.

Kind of participation packages in the exhibition:

Package A) 12 square meter booth with the following services:

1-Airplane tickets go and come for two people

2-Room with two bed in five star hotel or an furnitured suite for 7 days

3-Automobile and driver in disposal from 9:00 to 18:00 during the exhibition time

4-Printing an advertisement colorize page in the exhibition special book with 1000 version of posters.
