Man-Made Armageddon
We shall not live to be controlled; we need control to live. For the past 100 years our ancestors and ourselves have been creating technology to make life easier, but never thinking about the future effects. After the large amount of caution we continue to use these harmful equipments on the nature and on ourselves.Who here or anywhere else in the world can deny this? Our air will never be cleanair. In the future there will be no oxygen for us to breathe. In the future there will be no living plants. In the future there won't be any human existence. We will make our world as or even worse than the last ice age. We should respect this world and all it has to offer. We cannot set our mind, so that we can continue what were doing and not see the result. Maybe not tomorrows, and maybe not the day after that, but one day we will be in an harmful/deadly environment. We are all here for a reason and all of you and I know this is not about killing everything we have worked millions of years for and now have become.
As we continue the harmful actions we are at the present time, there will be only a number of years, until we have to struggle to live and survive, because of our past and our present. Our current struggle with the temperature of the world, which is increasing will cause large amounts of flooding and more importantly, death of humans. The tsunami that hit Asia should be a lesson that we should learn from. The enormous effects that the tsunami has had on every human being is extraordinary. Making a mistake can be by accident; being ignorant is all out stupid. We should open our eyes to all the problems we now have in the world. There are only a few things, which we can do now. We can use less fossil fuels or not even at all, we can stop cutting down tress, which provide us with oxygen, we can think of the future.
Our nature will suffocate, while we enjoy our leisure with knowing the circumstances. We cannot put these problems on someone else. Politicians themselves have shown not to participate with other organizations and stop pollution. The number of deaths that will continue occurring will be a second holocaust. Strokes are known to increase when there is a high pollution in the air. People will be caged within their houses, because of the horrible pollution outside. People who live on islands, which have a height close to sea level will be in danger of getting flooded and sunk, because of global warming. People will continue supporting this tragedy, which if continued will be the result of extinction of man. The pollution is so great that in only a few years our atmosphere will be to thick, that we will not be able to travel to other planets for exploration. The only thing our miss fortuned children will say in the future is; “Our planet was destroyed, while our ancestors enjoyed destroying our mother land.” We must at least try to take a chance and save one generation from destruction and death. The role of each person is to take care of our planet, the role of Earth is to provide with land and food.
This speech has atleast 12 rhetorical devices.
