I'll write an essay about "telephone vs.e-mail".

By telephone, we can get a reply on the spot. So, when we are in a hurry, telephone is useful.
And we can hear voices of parties. So, we can find whether they are fine or not.
These are advantages of telephone.
But, if we are not in ahurry, we have to consider when to call. We have to avoid calling early in the morning or at midnight. This is a disadvantage of telephone.

As for e-mail, we can e-mail something any time. Because e-mail does not wake parties up.
And we can tell them what we hesitate to tell on the phone. Moreover we can e-mail pictures, voices, and sounds too.
These are advantages of e-mail.
But we can't get a reply on the spot. So, when we are in a hurry, e-mail is not useful. This is a disadvantage of e-mail.

In conclusion, I think, it is important to change telephone and e-mail to suit the occasion.

Thank you .

(You need an introduction here at the beginning of your essay:  "The telephone and email are two popular modes of communication...." etc.)

By telephone, we can get a reply on the spot, so when we are in a hurry, the telephone is useful.  We can also hear the voices of the parties, so we can discover whether they are attractive or not.  These are the advantages of the telephone.  However, if we are not in a hurry, we should consider when to call:  we have to avoid calling early in the morning or at midnight. This is a disadvantage of the telephone.

As for e-mail, we can e-mail a message any time, because e-mail does not wake parties up.  We can also tell them what we hesitate to say on the phone.  Moreover we can e-mail pictures, voices and sounds. These are the advantages of e-mail.  However, we cannot get a reply on the spot, so when we are in a hurry, e-mail is not useful. This is a disadvantage of e-mail.

In conclusion, I think it is important to use both the telephone and e-mail, to suit the occasion.

(Do not write each sentence on a new line; organize by paragraphs.
Your conclusion should be longer-- give more explanation.)
