First, we are apologize for any inconvenience caused for our late submitted the letter of credit to you. Our customer is required Ocean bill of lading instead of bill of lading, that mean we only received the copy document from the forwarder, but not the original. Therefore, we are unable to filfull your requirment to change the cargo receipt instead of bill of lading. Please understand. For below point 3, that is ok to delete the clause” Date of received of goods in Cargo Receipt treat as shipment date” as your request. Would you please explain our status to your top mananger and confirm us by return, so that we can send this letter of credit to bank tomorrow

Our customer required a seaway bill of lading instead of a bill of lading, which means that we only received the document copy from the forwarder, not the original. Therefore, we are unable to fulfill your requirement to change the cargo receipt instead of the bill of lading.

For point 3 below, it is OK to delete the clause, ”Date of received of goods in Cargo Receipt treat as shipment date” as you requested.  Would you please explain our status to your top manager and confirm to us by return, so that we can send this letter of credit to the bank tomorrow?

We are unable to fulfill your request to provide you a original of BL, as we did not have this document per our explained yesterday. We will issue you a original cargo receipt which have the issuing bank whom is proof the authorized signatory to shown on this document before we send it to you. This is our company policy to submit this letter of credit to all our supplier in the same way, and so far there is no problem.

We are unable to provide you the original B/L, because we did not have this document, as we tried to explain yesterday. We will issue you an original cargo receipt, which indicates the issuing bank's  authorized signatoryIt is our company policy to submit this letter of credit to all our suppliers in the same way, and so far there has been no problem.
