AnonymousWe received the customer complaint about 2 cartons missing during the air delivered from the delivery by air from Hong Kong to France by port to door services in April. The total quantities for this shipment were 175 cartons and shown it in are given as this on the air way bill. However, there were only 173 cartons received by our customer. Please investigate and advise us of your findings the results ASAP.
