We are glad to inform you that the construction work in respect of your Flat No: “W-1” in Ravimurugan’s “Akshay Gaardens” in Block-II at 3rd Cross, Jaya Nagar, Vadavalli, Coimbatore – 41 is completed upto Third Floor Slab Level and now the Brick works and Plastering works are in progress.
As per Memorandum of Agreement, in SCHEDULE “D”(Item No:9) we have mentioned that providing Ceramic Flooring Tiles for rooms .But in the interest of other flat owners, now we have decided to go for 2’ x 2’ Vitrified Tiles for the entire flat instead of 1 ½’ x 1 ½’ Ceramic Tiles.
In this connection, we informed to all the other flat owners and awainting for their prior approval to lay the 2’ x 2’ vitrifed tiles in their respective flats and request to pay the difference cost of Rs.30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) to execute the work.
Hence we need your approval to proceed the work in your flat. Please confirm your approval by taking a Demand Draft for Rs.30,000/- (Thirty Thousand only) in favour of M/s. Ravimurugan Constructions payable at Coimbatore or by cash.
If you are not willing please be frank to tell us your position.
