Please correct my sentence?

So the first part needs to be in the past tense:

"I deposited a check in my account..."

In the second part, you used a question form instead of a statement. Look at this:

"How many days will it take for that money to get in my account?"

That's exactly what you have written after "I want to know". That's not right because you want to make it a statement, not a question. So do it like this:

"I want to know how many days it will take for that money to get into my account."

So all together:

"I deposited a check in my account and now I want to know how many days it will take for that money to get into my account."

Ask if you want more clarification.

I don't know if this is relevant or not, but "check" is spelt "check" only in America. In Britain it's spelt "cheque".

OR

I'm depositing this check and I want to know how many days it will take for this check to clear.
