I was absent from *** through *** due to a severe headache. I went to consult doctor but the doctor told me to wear a spectacle then only the pain would reduce. So, I ordered for the spectacle in a optical shop and they asked me to come after three days to get my spects. So, I had been absent from college as I had continuous headache during these three days. Now I am perfectly alright and I can attend my college regularly. I hope you don't take any severe action against me.

I was absent from *** through/to *** because of a severe headache. I went to the doctor, and he told me to wear spectacles/glasses; only then would the pain decrease. So I ordered spectacles/glasses from an optical shop, and they told me to come and get my glasses 3 days later. I had continuous headaches during those 3 days, that's why I was absent from college. Now I'm perfectly all right, and I can attend classes regularly. I hope you won't take any severe action against me.

Maybe natives will correct your text a bit more

Can we use, on account of a severe headache as alternative to "due to/because of a headache" in this context?

Please help me.

Yes, I think so, since it means "because"
