You was selected for our esteemed organisation to work with us as a `computer programmer' in the last month, as you know. So hereby we request you to follow the following procedure to get appointment letter from us.

(1) Pay $1700 before 25th.

(2) You must have passing certificate of your major subject.

Duly fill the attached form, and submit along with your payment of $1700 before June 25th.

Please correct my sentences.

Not good, Gary--the impression is rather rude, too  Do not speak of your own company/organization/wife etc as 'esteemed'.  Try:

Last month, you were selected to work with us as a computer programmer.  Please take the following steps to obtain your letter of appointment:

(1)  Submit the passing certificate for your major subject.

(2)  Fill in the attached form and submit it along with your payment of $1700 before June 25th.


(Personally, I find it shocking that your company is charging a person to be hired.  That could well be a criminal offense in some societies.)
