I have received your letter dated ***** . Really it was nice to read it, because you told you got 75% marks in your ssc exam. I am giving you my hearty congratulation for the same.

I know you are wandering about your admission procedures for XI std by now. Please don't get confused with admission procedure, just ring me up immediately if you have any doubt regarding admission procedures, I will help you. I also think, you are also wandering about in which college should you apply for the admission. That is very simple, only fill the application for the colleges which had got `A' grade by NAAC committe, as you have enough percentage to get admission in such colleges.

I wish you get admission in a esteemed college and you keep on your level same in the higher studies also.
Please convey my warm regards to your parents and little sister Nicheh. Reply me immediately as soon as you get admission in a college.

I tend to use "at your `****' exam", and it sounds very natural to me as many times I heard the phrase `at MET exam', `at GIT exam'.

Please help me with this.

I too tend to write, "Reply me immediately as soon as ...............", is this sentence incorrect?

'On' an exam; I do not like 'in' or 'at', though 'in' is at least possible.  Who have you heard 'at' from, and in what context?

Reply to one-- the 'to' is required.  Immediately is not grammatically wrong, it is just redundant here, and somewhat aggressive.
