Please help me choose the right answers.

Which of the following sentences are correct? 

1)  The essay ends abruptly without your description on/of your efforts to achieve your vision.

Which preposition is suitable here?

 

2) There is one or two comma errors in the essay. 

 Should I replace is with are here?
