1) I have double checked with ou bank this morning and confirm that the payment was received on September, but no exact payment received date. The data was delete from the bank system, because it is former for 2 months ago. You may double check the details in our bank statement. Please advise me if you still need any further assistance

2) As per Mr. Wong advised that, these documents are lost, but they need to double check. Will keep you posted on the status
