1) I double-checked with our bank this
morning and confirm that the payment was received in September, but
there is no exact payment-received date. The data was deleted from the bank
system, because it was more than 2 months ago. You may double-check the details in our bank statement. Please advise me if you still need any further assistance
2) As per Mr Wong's advisement, these documents have been lost, but they need to be double-checked. We will keep you posted on the status.
