Amy was required the shipment extension for both shipments per her email dated Aug 05. Could you please confirm to accept this by return email for us to arrange shipment. Please find the update schedule as follows:

Hi Mister, this should used for "Required" or "Requested" ? any difference ?  Thanks / Ice

When I edit, I try not to change the writer's apparent meaning, Ice.  The poster may have made a mistake in word choice, but I should not presume to know Amy's status with the company.  Either verb is possible.
