SDSL/ADSL is provided by the landline telephone phone service provider.
I did not know ABC is already providing the fibre optics here. I checked with them they do not provide the SDSL service as they are not the landline provider.
I think if we are satisfied with them so far and our requirement meet the Optical Fibre criteria then we should go with them. This is due to following reasons:
1. Satisfy with their support services
2. Continue with existing provider. No additional provider involvement in the office compound for Internet connection
3. No need to lay the cable - they just upgrade existing the link/bandwidth as per our requirement
4. Quick installation - already laid the cable in the office - no further pull the cable. It saves time.
5. Fibre is better than SDSL - please refer to my previous email regarding difference between Fibre Optics and ADSL/SDSL.
