Dear all,

Hi it’s nice to know you…
One of my duties is to assist HR & Admin matters until we have one.
As you mention about new staffs. I have some question:
1. When will they join us? Are they Indonesian or Malaysian?
2. According to the organization chart, they will report directly to project manager and business manager. Is it correct?
3. Is there any information beside the contract, that I should tell them?
4. Could I have their contact addresses?
I don’t have further question, thank you for your help.

Further to our discussion in relation to staff, I should be pleased if you could assist me with the following:
* Do you know the nationality of our new staff, and their start dates?
* Are you able to confirm that these employees will will report directly to project manager and business manager, as per the organization chart?
* In addition to the contract details, is there any further information which I should give them?
I should be pleased if you would supply contact addresses for these employees.
